A receipt for each payment will be provided to you and the charge will appear on your Credit Card Statement. You agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us at least 10 days prior to the payment being collected.

By placing your order, you agree that you understand that this authorization will remain in effect until you cancel it in writing, and you agree to notify the merchant in writing of any changes in your account information or termination of this authorization at least 15 days prior to the next billing date. If the payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, you understand that the payments may be executed on the next business day. You certify that you are an authorized user of the credit card and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with your bank.

OneAppWay respects and strives to protect your privacy. This statement covers how we collect and use your information as well as the choices you have regarding that process. In general, our web site is designed so that you can visit it without identifying yourself or providing personal information unless you choose to do so.

Some areas of our site request mandatory information. This may be needed before we can fill or honor a request. For example, we may need a full mailing address to send requested materials or data to qualify you for special offers. If you do not provide the necessary information, you may not receive the material or be eligible to participate in an offer or contest.

Important! For your convenience, OneAppWay’s web site contains links to various third-party web sites which have related information.
